GFRP Mesh

Pre-fabricated Reinforcement for
Rapid Construction

Ready-to-install, highly durable fiberglass grids designed to reinforce concrete flatwork, precast panels, and shotcrete exponentially faster than tying rebar.

Product Overview

What is GFRP Mesh?

GFRP Mesh consists of high-strength glass fiber rebars arranged in an intersecting grid pattern and bonded together with industrial-grade resins. Instead of laboriously tying hundreds of individual bars together by hand on site, construction crews can instantly lay down these ready-made, lightweight panels. Because they never rust, GFRP meshes require far less concrete cover than steel mesh, allowing for thinner, lighter, and more economical concrete slabs without the risk of rust bleeding.

Key Advantages

Discover why our GFRP solutions outperform traditional materials in every category.

Accelerated Installation

Pre-tied large grid panels mean significantly less labor time on site, reducing installation time by up to 60%.

Zero Rust Stains

Ensures architectural concrete and stamped concrete remain pristine without ugly rust bleeding to the surface.

Reduced Concrete Cover

Since GFRP doesn't rust, you can reduce the depth of the concrete cover, saving massive amounts on concrete volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about GFRP rebar, our manufacturing process, and how we can support your next project.

Due to the exceptionally high stiffness and tensile strength of our GFRP, it is supplied strictly in flat panels or sheets, not in rolls like low-strength thin wire meshes.
