GFRP Rebars (3mm - 32mm)

Advanced Future of
Concrete Reinforcement

High-strength, 75% lighter, and 100% corrosion-resistant Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer rebars engineered to outlast conventional steel and deliver a 100+ year service life.

Product Overview

What are GFRP Rebars?

GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Rebars are advanced composite reinforcement materials made from high-strength glass fibers bonded within a premium polymer resin matrix. Unlike traditional TMT steel bars, GFRP rebars are completely non-metallic, meaning they will absolutely never rust or corrode, even in the harshest chloride-rich environments. Designed in accordance with global standards like ACI 440.1R, they offer over twice the tensile strength of steel at just one-quarter of the weight.

Key Advantages

Discover why our GFRP solutions outperform traditional materials in every category.

100% Corrosion Resistant

Impervious to chloride ions, de-icing salts, and harsh chemicals. Eliminates concrete spalling and extends structural lifespan to 100+ years.

Superior Tensile Strength

Provides a tensile strength of >1000 MPa, which is 2x to 3x stronger than standard Fe500 steel reinforcement.

Ultra Lightweight

Weighs 75% less than steel. This drastically reduces transportation costs, simplifies onsite handling, and minimizes labor fatigue.
