Bhandari TechFab LLP manufactures Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer rebars in accordance with industry-standard protocols (e.g., ACI 440, IS codes where applicable). However, as an industrial manufacturing process, products are subject to standard dimensional and mechanical tolerances. We do not warrant that our rebars will meet non-standard custom specifications unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed manufacturing contract.
Custom cut-to-length orders, bent rebars, or specialized GFRP shapes are manufactured based on the engineering blueprints and schedules provided by the User. Once production has commenced on custom orders, they cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
GFRP rebars require specific handling, storage, and cutting procedures compared to traditional steel. The User is responsible for ensuring that all site personnel adhere to our official handling guidelines (e.g., preventing prolonged UV exposure before pouring, using appropriate abrasive cutting wheels). Bhandari TechFab LLP assumes no liability for product degradation resulting from improper site storage or handling.

We do not warrant that the application of our GFRP products will result in a structurally sound build if misused, improperly installed, or incorrectly specified by the User’s engineers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhandari TechFab LLP disclaims all liability for structural failures, concrete cracking, or collapse resulting from improper structural design, faulty installation, or incorrect concrete mix designs.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Jaipur, India, in the English language.
Each party shall bear its own costs associated with dispute resolution. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
